Using flour harvested on site from artist Agnes Denes' Wheatfiled—An Inspiration. The seed is in the ground, we will be grilling pancakes in the Family & Community Space from 10:30am-12pm. Stay for printing cyanotypes of the wheat, try your hand at grinding it into flour to take home, and enjoy other wheat-related art activities.

This event is free and open to the public. Those interested in bringing their own pancake toppings are welcome to do so. Visitors will be limited to two large pancakes per adult or 3 smaller pancakes per child.

Registration recommended, but not required, to plan for pancake supplies.
